Stone Griffon Vineyard - 2020 Malbec "Trifecta"

At Stone Griffon Vineyard, we produce wines that reflect the Pacific Northwest that are true to the grape varietal and the soil they come from. Our Malbec was sourced from three vineyards in teh tri-cities area of Richland, PAsco and Kennewick.  Each fermented separately, barreled for one year then blended and returned to the barrel. We call this wine "Trifecta" because this blend of the three vineyards perfectly displays the color, aroma and flavor of an exceptional Malbec. It has a classic Malbec purple ruby color and aromas of toast and red fruit, flavors of currant and dark fruit. On the mid palette you will perceive chocolate and black cherry, this wine finishes with leather and malt.
