Irvine & Roberts Vineyards, 2022 Miracle Block Pinot Noir

The stars aligned for the 2022 vintage in truly remarkable ways. The growing season started off with a dry and warm winter, but temperatures dipped beginning in Spring. From this point, there was ideal weather during flowering and fruit set, leading to warm days with cool night-time temperatures and strong breezes during the summer months. Mild and dry conditions during a long harvest allowed for phenolic and structural development that resulted in complex, age-worthy wines. The Miracle Block Pinot Noir will be sourced from some of our most prized vineyard blocks and clones that primarily make up single block wines. With an ideal growing season combined with the vineyard's most valued blocks, the Miracle Block will be an outstanding wine.
