A very complex nose on this Pommard-dominated blend that consists of sweet oats and molasses, sun warmed leather and dried blueberries. Dark chocolate mingles with a hint of orange on the palate alongside a gentle wave of acidity that flows effortlessly into a tannin driven finish. The tense tannins on the finish present a unique representation of Pinot Noir and will benefit from extended aging but can also provide a great backbone for meals that desire it.
